• You need a different size of the same item (subject to availability).

How to Request an Exchange

• Provide your order number, reason for return, and a clear photo if the product is damaged.
• Eligibility for returning an item for exchange is subject to approval by our team.

• Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging.
• Customized and sale items are not eligible for return or exchange.
• Return shipping is not provided or arranged by Ganji Handlooms. Customers are fully responsible for any return shipping costs.
• Exchanged items will be shipped only to the original delivery address provided at the time of purchase.
